“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“You've heard of you get what you pay for, it's true. BUT the staff here makes it feel oh so grand! Lovely smiles and welcomings from everyone! They know what they have to work with, and they do it so well! So yes, small prices for small rooms, but BIG on the customer service. And I'll say this now for past and future references, anyone who says otherwise about this location is obviously entitled and think they deserve more for less. This place gives more, because they WANT to! Great job……
