House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. 」

「The property is a gem! Beautiful Arts & Crafts woodwork!Nicely appointed and yet comfortable. Kitchen is large and could accomodate all of us gathered at once. Coffee on the front veranda overlooking the water made for a perfect setting. The neighbors and dogs strolling by the made us feel welcome too. 」

「We had such a lovely stay at Greg & Erin's home. It was the perfect space for our crew and the pool and huge yard gave the kids a ton of space to run around and play. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. The carriage house was adorable and gave us some additional space to spread out. We, of course, took advantage of the location and grabbed lobster rolls from Lobster Landing. Communication with Greg was awesome and helpful. Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. :)」

We had everything we needed and if we are in the area again we will definitely book this place again if available. The hosts were easy to contact and answered any questions. 「The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms especially the kitchen and bathrooms...

「Charming antique property full of character with private backyard, minutes to everything in Old Saybrook. Note- bedrooms half bath are upstairs along with lovely family room, full bath with shower is down. Property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!」

「This was the perfect house for our family’s long weekend getaway to coastal New England. The house was beautiful and spotless, and came with everything you might need and more. We loved the griddle, the hot tub and my son loved the game room. Would definitely stay again!」

Stacey is the perfect host, with a brilliant eye for decor, in terms of style and comfort. It’s a spectacular little place and in good weather it’s twice the size because of the idyllic outdoors area. Guilford is beautiful and everything was so convenient. I fell in love with this place and I will be back. 」
