"Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable."

"Simsbury is a lovely property, in a nice location. Staff is great, plenty of nice touches. Our little party put them to the test. We had asked for one room with a couch; didn't get it, but they made it right. One 90+ yr old in our party thought the cookies came every day; they made her happy. "The only bad news was on your end. I had a reservation number, but the reservation was never confirmed with the inn. They had no idea I was coming. The desk manager saved the day for me. There was 1 room available starting 2 days later. It had just been renovated. Because it was ready he was able to put me there for the night. I didn't even have to pay a higher rate because it was a suite. I only needed a regular room. The room was wonderful. Everything was clean, new and comfortable. There was...
