“Really good hotel, coffee in room good, staff were nice. Car park was difficult with a 5pm arrival as the gym is packed, breakfast was good, no safe in room not great for leaving laptop”

“Room service forgot to give us a towel for my daughter. We love the fact that there was Starbucks downstairs. Maybe gym and pool should be included and not as an extra. Just a thought. ”

“I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in……

“Loved the hotel however the only down fall was the heavy bedroom doors made it for a really unsettled nights sleep as the doors were so loud even when trying to close them quietly and could hear them all down the corridor from inside our room.”
