"There was a thunderstorm that knocked out their computer system. This meant they couldn’t make keys for the rooms. Everyone was so nice. They had to walk us to our room every time we came back! Very kind. Everyone had a smile! It was very nice to see people trying their best in a hard situation! "

"The cabin was perfect for a little getaway, the staff communicated well, it was quiet, my dog loved it, and was adorable. Highly recommend!"

"Our check in & out was easy and fast. The staff is so pleasant. The room was small but had a very confortable bed & pillows, microwave, refrigerator and was very clean. Not like some hotels that use heavy gross air fresheners to mask whatever they are masking. Breakfast was nice and we liked the option of breakfast sandwiches that came out perfect in the microwave. Waffles, cereals, bread & muffins were also available as well as tge best coffee. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay."

"We were really impressed with our accommodations. We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh."
