「The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway. 」

「I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There’s also a bar on the ground floor, which is super convenient. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would highly recommend it! 」

「住在英國的大學學生宿舍，有重溫以前大學住宿的感覺。而且每天早上有自助早餐，雖然排隊的人很多，但食物豐富。最重要的是這裏的住宿非常平價！為處於倫敦近市中心，性價比超高！唯一補充一點，窗戶不能打開太多，而且房間內沒有風扇和空調，夏天住的時候，感覺有些悶。」

「Great as it got a pub downstairs that’s open 24/7 :) negative, tiny boxes so hard to stretch when sleeping. At least u know how it feels to sleep in a casket But that said if I seek a pub and a bed, this be where I come back too」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
