It was very clean, staff were very helpful and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Margate. The location was perfect as well. Such a lovely place, I didn’t want to leave. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!”

“it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). ”
