“I went to the Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The carpet was stained. The sheets were stained. I slept on a blanket from my car. Half of the outlets worked. There was a whole in the wall the desk clerk taped a disk over. Other residents were hanging out in the parking area at night making noise. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. The staff made efforts to accommodate but the place needs a lot of work.”

“OMG! This location is UNSAFE! I was traveling with my daughter. We searched for hotels and the Quality in Salisbury popped up. We scrolled through the photos on the site and everything looked up to par. It looked like an actual hotel with a lobby and indoor access to rooms. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL! We arrived at the property according to our GPS directions but actually missed the driveway because the sign out front was not lit. We drove around the building to get to the lobby. It was……

“Had to wait a bit during checking in because their system was down. Would have loved to have a coffee/tea maker in the room. Rest, everything was good.”

“Where to begin? ….The rooms have towel floors, and my partner’s socks were black from walking on them. The showers had hair from previous guest in five different spots. The floor in the bathroom were also filthy. Towels and wash clothes are thin and worn The air conditioning was so loud. It awakened me from my sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The cleaning staff does a horrible job. The front desk attempted to relocate us ,but I was too exhausted to have to pack up, put my clothes back on……

“Stopped just for the night. It was clean and they gave us bottles of water upon arrival. Could hear people above and in the hall. Good for what we needed.”

“Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with my stay. The AC unit was not functioning properly and made a very loud, unpleasant noise throughout my stay. The shower also had several hairs in it upon arrival and appeared to have not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Additionally, the TV remote was noticeably sticky, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. On a positive note, the hotel is in a convenient location. However, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance issues……

“Good price and comfortable beds. Hall to the rooms and the rooms themselves were very humid. Evidence that moisture is an ongoing problem (mold stains, paint, rust) but it looks like they try to keep up with cleaning and painting. They should figure out how to solve the problem. Still it was good for one night and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.”

“The trash cans in the kitchen under the sink in room 219 and the trash can in the bathroom under the sink had never been changed. The one in the bathroom had a soiled pull-up in it and the kitchen had trash, toothbrushes, wrappers, food containers, etc. in it”

“I want to start with saying this place was nice . Our stay was very so peaceful. Those bathtubs however were nasty my kids and I couldn’t shower the whole stay! ”
