Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base.
The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here.

We had an amazing stay at a peridot. staff was welcoming and friendly. only knock was how the showers were built, which allowed for very wet bathroom floors. Otherwise would recommend for anyone visiting Old Quarters to consider staying here. Also splurge a little to get the deluxe room so that you have a window.

Staff is very nice and helpful; they make you feel welcome. The only thing I did not like was the room. It looked very different from the pictures; it was really small and felt old. I kept wondering how they got a 4-star rating. We booked another hotel later on the week and that one totally changed my first impression of Hanoi's hotel business (thank God!). My opinion is that the rating is not aligned with what you actually get when you stay in this hotel.

This was the best hotel I have ever been too in regards to the staff. Very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel and restaurants. Roy was extremely helpful. He went out of his way and walked us to the Photo Booth down the street. Everyone was as helpful as Roy. They take great care of you. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hanoi.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
