"Great hotel with great location for public transportation, 3 minutes of walking from subway station which leads to both West Lake or Airport. Only minor complaint is the cigarette smell in the non smoking room. This is the same experience like many other hotel in China. There are just too many smokers in China and they don’t always follow the hotel rules."

Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need."
