"Very good location and well connected to public transport. Abdul at reception was excellent and gave us a free upgrade although the room was nothing extraordinary but air con was working in London heat. The singaporean restaurant is good for a meal. The hotel and rooms especially could definitely do with refurbishments.Overall a nice place if you in London for a couple of days."

Was only advised in the email after the cancelation date passed. A bit of a bait and switch. Great place for the room and adults / artists but not really for families looking to use the pool at the end of a day when the kids have had enough walking and just want to chill out too."
