"Lovely hotel, felt very modern and luxurious but welcoming. Lovely apartment (on 17th floor) with amazing modern cityscape views with lake... Spacious living room (with kitchenette) and bedroom with sizeable attractive ensuite with bath as well as walk in shower. Breakfast in hotel restaurant very impressive for range of items and choice of Western as well as Eastern cuisine... the hotel manager and his wife were there every day, spoke excellent English and were very welcoming so it was a real...

"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"Walking distance to the famous attraction Ping Jiang Road. And we got a free gift during our check-in. The room is extremely clean and comfy! Staffs are helpful and friendly too! Definately a pleasant stay!"

"The hotel is closed to Guanqian Street which pretty much a night market street. There are several metro stations within walking distance so it's easy to move around the city. Staff were friendly and the checkin process was pretty fast and easy"
