"It's a prefect place for families with young kids under the age of 10. I had teenagers, they enjoyed the beach and food. But other than that, I had to take them to xplor park ome day to have fun. In general this is a great hotel, limited pool and beach chairs. Family friendly, mainly for families with young kids. "

"We stayed there for a night just to catch our flight next morning. The place is very big, right on the beach. Super fast check-in. We were around 2 hours early, but our room was ready. Just fill up form and you are all set. They have lot of pools, some water activities - we didn’t have time to explore all those. View of the ocean is amazing. Only the toilet is not up to the standard we expect from Westin. The flash acts weird, does not clean in one shot. Sometimes it seems it is clogged but it is not. Overall a good place to spend vacation except few minor glitches."

"A MUST READ!!! This is my first time ever visiting Mexico 🇲🇽. Upon arrival I meet a staff member by the name of Sandra who checked me in she did not smile or even had a welcoming face or words. She said this booking does not include wine, lobster or room service. Mind you this is an all inclusive when booking this there is no way to exclude these items. She seems upset that I book with Expedia and not the hotel directly. My family are brown people we are not Latinos. The bellboy Jair took our bags and should us to our room. The property has 3 specially restaurant was only allowed to book for two of the three. My stay was for the Easter break. On Easter Sunday I went to the concierge to check availability for one of the speciality restaurants there was a staff member there by the name is Alex her full name was Alexander she asked where we are from I give told her the country which I was born in and not where I live now cause I don’t want to attract unwanted attention to my self and family. She said we will be giving you the chance to see our other Occidental Hotel 10 minutes away it free of charged we will take you for a brunch and it will be a 90 tour. She also said you can save more by booking with us and not Expedia. So I was interested in seeing the other location they had 10 minutes away. I went there with my family we meet an agent by the name of Jack and his manager they were selling a membership I never heard of and the cost was $2,200 US and they had installments. "
