「The room was spotless as was the whole property, staff were very friendly. Great amenities offered, easy access to the beach & great pool area. Family friendly hotel with activities for the kids and a craft room dedicated to the kids. Will be going back.」

「Lights on n the kitchen didn’t work. There was literally poop on the walls in the master bathroom. We used shoes in the shower bc they didn’t look clean. Communication with the owner was spotty. Overall I would not book again.」

Will definitely book here again if I come back to San Juan. Also I was a single traveler but perfect for couples as well」

「If you are traveling on a budget and you want to be by the beach, casino, shopping and restaurants this is the place to stay. There is no parking available but if you want to rent a car, you can park in a Marriott garage across the street for $25 a day. Plenty good local restaurants, all in a walking distance, plus ton of hotels with restaurants and casinos as well. There is a huge pharmacy across the street with anything you need. This hotel has no pool but you can use the pool at the sister...
