"The location of The Balmoral Hotel is excellent. We used the valet service for parking and this worked very well for our short stay. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping deserves a special mention as the room was spotless with a daily service and then a turn down service in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel. "
