「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「Great staff. The room was great. Ask to get a beachfront room on the 3rd floor. The trees on the property cut down on the ocean view for the 1st and 2nd floors. The hot tubs were not on. There is an area for a bar, but it is not staffed or stocked. Know before you go that this is in a residential area and there are no restaurants or markets within walking distance. Each cab ride to town was $50US. If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is a great option.」

「The property is in decent shape for it's age. There are some areas of peeling paint and mis-matched knobs. The wait staff were outstanding! There were some issues, we had to wait 3 days for someone to bring water to the room via a request. The reservations for the restaurants with the concierge was a a struggle. They don't tell you where said restaurants are located or what type of food they serve or what the hours of service are. Since my husband had never been and I haven't visited there...

「The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I...

「Room and bathroom were spacious, but quite plain, kind of like a hostel. I’ve stayed in approximately 30 hotels in different parts of Mexico. This one by far had the roughest towels. Not certain what cleaning or drying process they use for their towels, but…it leaves the towels feeling very rough. Beds are somewhat firm, but pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. My room had a small refrigerator, which is a rare feature and was much appreciated. Wifi in the room is strong....

「The building is in poor condition, rooms requires lots of work; shuttle is needed for beach and main pool access (long walk from some buildings); beach was poorly cleaned from seaweed; food was average; drinks/juices were all artificial tasting; pools were clean but as usual seating was limited from people saving spots; shows were really late. 」

「Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. 」
