「This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it 」

「Immaculately clean little hotel in the heart of Puerto Morelos. The King Suite with spacious private terrace and outdoor bathtub was well worth the upgrade! Yes, you can hear the music from the nearby bar at night but we quite enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and taking in the vibes. The music was finished by 11:00 pm so it didn’t interfere with our sleep. 「Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre.
