“The location is great if you’re looking to bar hop in Old Town however, location is the only real positive. Everything outside of the main house is run down. The pool deck and stairs are full of uneven boards, our room had an ant infestation, crumbs/dirt/food left on the table, the sheets were dirty, the shower was full of mold, the walls were stained and smeared with mystery substances, my gosh even the blow dryer was too disgusting to use…. The property managers were easy to contact but……

“Location was great. Quiet street. Breakfast and Happy Hour was wonderful. Friendly staff. Location of our room was not great. Right outside the food bar and bottom of the steps. At night the guests returning were loud and obnoxious and woke us from our sleep. The guests across the hall locked themselves out of their room and were yelling and cussing at each other. There is no one on staff present overnight. Only a phone number for after -hours issues. ”

“Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in Julie at Scarlet Mango. This was our first trip to Key West and found the location to be excellent, clean and comfortable. We could hear the guests above us walking around but wasn't a problem. We would recommend Scarlet……
