“Room is immaculate and the bed is better than expected. Ventilation is generally poor but at least the room doesnt smell. Hot shower works after 3 minutes of draining but otherwise everything else is fine.”

“The flat was perfect for our group of 2 couples. It was decorated beautifully. The location was amazing - we had several events at Royal Albert Hall during our stay, and it was a quick walk away. We enjoyed being so close to the tube when we did go to other parts of London. Having a separate bathroom for each couple made the trip easier on all of us. Gabriele was very communicative and always quick to respond. And we really appreciated the bread, milk, butter, eggs and other items waiting……
