“Overall stay was incredible, especially with Star Class which really enhanced our experience.
The restaurants are great, and I think offer a variety for all diets and lifestyles.
The spa was definitely the highlight of our trip, everything from the hydrotherapy experience (which was guided by an attendant, was something different and new for me!!).

“Only issue was room was not ready at check-in time (about 30 minutes behind) which is a lot with kids and traveling 10+ hours. The people were great and helpful and treated us like VIPs, including helping us solve an issue that was with a vendor outside of their services offered by calling and interpreting for us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only downside is that the hotel itself feels quite outdated and is definitely in need of a complete renovation. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh to match the quality of the service, food, and location.
Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay. With a full renovation, this hotel could be absolutely amazing.”
