"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall it felt like excellent value for the quality, service, and amenities — highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!"

They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "

"20 min walk from hanoi train station. the staff are very kind and accomodating — they will help with tour booking, airport car service, etc. breakfast is included and was great! they will prepare 1 hot dish of your choice in addition to the buffet-style standard offerings. had a great stay! "
