「The property was beautiful and so well kept across all of the many pools, the grounds, the restaurants, rooms, bars, and beach area. The staff was amazing, so attentive and so friendly. The room was very comfortable and modern. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend! 」

「Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

「Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. Other than that the hotel is amazing, food options was great and not all but some of the staff was exceptional!!」

「It was a great short vacation the only thing in every restaurant the staff always forgot to bring you something or another. If it was once ok. I am in hospitality business and realize how hard it is. 」

「Nice overall, plenty of options for getting food & drinks, friendly service. Some things ready for repair, like the main lobby staircase. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens. The idea of going to a breakfast for a "talk" would have been better understood if they said "sales presentation" at the begining.」
