"The staff was amazing always very helpful with an question or need. Laundry service in room pickup or DIY (free wash, easily dry in 40min 200y) Public bath was very relaxing. Location was close to bus to get to Hiroshima Station, walking diatance to all the Peace Memorials and museums."

"Although I had a small room for a single, I found that it was well organized and efficient. I had a beautiful view of the river and city to make up for the room size though. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed the lunch at the cafe and lived their potato and cheese pizza! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the main station too. "

"We had an excellent stay here. The location is terrific, and the rooms are very comfortable. Special mention to the staff — we accidentally left a package behind after checking out, and they promptly packed it and sent it to our next hotel in Tokyo. Incredible service, and we’re truly grateful."
