「Sunset Suites was pretty much okay, but the chief concern we had was the size. It’s smaller than a standard hotel room. Especially small was the bathroom, which had no counter space.
There were coffee pods in the room, which was good and the property managers were responsive to our requests.」

「No office, they send a code to get into your room. Paper thin walls, hardly any privacy at all. $150 hotel fee and no staff or office. No pool, no ocean view. And we were messaged to "take our trash with us" when we left, which explains the absence of trash barrel (a small one in the bathroom, none in the kitchenette). It was convenient to all things OOB and a short walk to the beach. The guy that was the cleaner was very nice.」

「I loved that it was walking distance to old orchard beach but hated the mold everywhere that looked like someone attempted to paint over it. The carpet was damp feeling and a musty odor in the room. The bathroom is so cramped in the toilet and sink area that to sit down to use the toilet you risk breaking your jaw. So much appeared to be falling apart including the pool with about 10 patches and very rough surfaces on bottom of pool. It’s not a place I’d recommend.」
