“The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was ok. The description said pet friendly and the picture I saw it had a small yard. But the yard is gone and there is not anywhere for a dog, you have to go the next street over to the basketball court to find grass. The showers could use grab bars for the floors in them are slippery and there is nothing to hang onto. And it is definitely not a place for someone who has disablities.”

“This house is divided into three different units. We rented all three to accommodate our group. Unit A has all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but the only bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs are narrow and a litttle steep so it was a little difficult with some mobility issues. Unit B is on one level but the bedroom is small and one side of the bed is against a wall which makes it difficult fto get out of bed whenr two people are sleeping. Although, this unit does have a pull out couch in……

“Everything was great. We loved the convenience of the area. The front swing made relaxing the best! The host made everything so easy.”

“My family came with 3 generations of people. We also had 2 dogs with us. The property was very clean, the kitchen was large enough for us to prepare all of the meals for the entire week, and there were enough amenities on the property for everyone to be entertained. Because there were so many different people and pets, we came with 4 cars, and there was plenty of off street parking to accommodate. We all had enough space to live comfortably as well. There are plenty of things to do nearby……

“The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full……

“This riverfront rental lived up to its description AND the reviews provided. So happy to find a place that accepts a dog (and provides 2 dog beds)!We arrived with snow on the ground and left with 60 degree temps & sun. In other words, staying on the cove may not have brought spring to New England, but it allowed spring in our step after a wonderful break.The modern farmhouse is well-laid out & well-appointed for cooks or a relaxing glass of wine after a day of exploring the river & coast. Not……

“The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room.”
