“This is our 5th year returning to this hotel. Staff are so friendly and looking out for us. Breakfast every morning was great. Pool on roof was the best. New elevator being install as we left. We will be back. ”

“Beautiful property, truly unique. We loved the beach bungalows, hammocks, and yoga, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The dinners were uneven mostly due to the preparation of the main course (oversalted and undercooked) and the servers’ limited hospitality. The fresh salad bar and good soup sustained us. The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. ”

“We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … ”

“The rooms are old and not clean. The sliding doors barely work. The property is worn down and needs a lot of work. We didn’t have hot water for three days and they could have cared less. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for. ”

“Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night waiting for our rental to be ready. We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! ”
