「This is my second time staying at this same hotel in 2025. Its nicely decorated, breakfast is nice, room is nice, staff is v helpful. Only hiccup is its distance from Paddington station is slightly further than expected. Stepfree path to the Elizabeth line is an at least 15mins walk.」

「It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. 「Nice boutique hotel with great service. We went to another property under the same name and the staff was so friendly to walk us to the correct property! Restaurant on the ground floor served great food and saved us trouble in finding a place to eat on Jan 1st. Highly recommend!」
