Arrived for our stay after a long flight, looking forward to some rest. It was late Friday night and cold outside. Sleeplab never communicated how to access room and when we arrived, we had to look up phone numbers to call. Fortunately my wife is Japanese and can speak Japanese. All the phone numbers listed, no one answered. We ended up somehow contacting someone whom set up the website for this place and referred us to another number…but ultimately was never able to reach anyone whom could help us. We were forced to walk and find a proper hotel to stay for the night.
