「This apartment is just lovely! From the communications pre and during the visit, everything was covered. The apartment is spotless, spacious and so so comfortable. It was in an excellent location which felt secure and safe as I was initially travelling solo to be joined later in my stay. The welcome was warm and friendly with recommendations and a guide to appliances in the flat as well as a lovely little welcome package of water, teas, coffees and other treats, milk in the fridge too. 「It was a great hotel with Nice staf, friendly and suporting. Rooms were fantastic and perfect housecleaning. It lies very central and tube are Easy to find. If we should rate hotel we give it a 10 . We love sea containers hotel!」

「Location is good which easy to Waterloo, London eye,bridge , Tower of London . The room really small was the only not perfect. The hotel’s style just like W but smaller. 」

「The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me. My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.」

「Clean and spacious enough. But I have concern with the location of the electrical wall socket where I can plug the hair dryer and can see myself at the mirror while using it. The distance from the socket and the mirror is long hence I have difficulty to pull the hair dryer near me. The hotel location is convenient to access the underground subway. Many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. 」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」
