「The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.」

「Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.」

「The room is full of high tech stuff. Big TV and massage bed. The hotel is closed to the Victoria Coach station, 5 min walk, which can take the bus directly to the airport. The only disappointment is the room and bathing area just too small. I suggest them try to use bath screen to keep the bathroom dry」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」

「I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. 」
