"The hotel was perfect and spacious. The only thing was when it rained 🌧 🙃 we got wet to the entrance to our room because of the location...maybe adding a overhang to help with not getting wet. "

"House was pretty old and needs updating. Here are some issues we saw:1. Upper bathroom had faucet spraying water. 2. Mattress in left bedroom close to ocean needs replacing as it sags in the middle. We felt like we were sleep on a hill. 3. We saw a cockroach in the right ocean view bedroom.4. Dining chairs were probably from the 70’s. 5. Paper toilet holder in lower bathrooms were broken. 6. No beach chairs for renters or dust pans to sweep. 7. Games were missing pieces and instructions...

"The property should not have been rented with so many of the necessary amenities broken. I tried to work with property manager, but could not get resolution of the issues. If the owner was aware then shame on them."

"This is a wonderful OBX property for family fun. We enjoyed walking to the sound pier to fish, and would certainly use the kayaks with more time on our next visit. We loved the thoughtfully designed pool and spa area. Perfect for kids and adults to enjoy together. There’s a beach wagon and chairs for the 10 minute walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach. "I was very unhappy with this condo, and the whole trip. Number one, this room is advertised as oceanfront- it is not - it overlooks a campground, the ocean is off in the distance. 2 - is was not that nice for the money - the kitchen was dated and the fridge was rusty on the side and it wasn’t very clean. And the biggest problem was we got kicked out because of Hurricane Erin. Resort realty told us we had to leave because of a mandatory evacuation, so we only had one day and had to pack up...
