"My husband and I stayed here for one week in April 2023. ALL staff from moment we arrived to checking out were welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Everyone was so lovely and kind and helpful. Excellent air-conditioning in our room, very effective, as was the bathroom and TV. Safe in the wardrobe, kettle, good size bottles of water provided daily. Bed was really wide and we slept well. As we were on the side of the hotel there was quite, which was greatly needed after the city noise....

"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. "This was a budget option as a last minute booking. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and the AC in the room worked well. No complaints here."

"Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. Did seem to have on demand hot water, unlike some places in the area. Sure it’s cheap, but there are other better places nearby for similar price."
