"It's a cute little hotel with great service!!"

"Small but comfortable rooms, we had a view of the Empire State Building from our 6th floor room. Service is good, the rooms are dated but ok. However, the carpets smell of wet dogs, which is unpleasant. But we still enjoyed the convenience of the location, the comfy beds and the hot shower."

"Hotel was really nice however hotels restaurant is not available since COVID-19. Also, there are a lot of homeless people doing drugs around the hotel. Needless to say there’s significant police presence so we didn’t feel unsafe. "

"The initial experience with check in was less than stellar. The receptionist who checked us in Tuesday evening was not welcoming. She was very interested in helping us out with any questions we had. She did not explain the process to drive in and out of the hotel parking lot. My husband went in and asked and she then said we needed to use the hotel key card but she did not validate our room key for the duration of our stay. We had to deal with the same problem trying to leave the parking lot....

"Central location, easy to get to, great accommodations and excellent free breakfast! I also really appreciated being able to leave my baggage there a few hours before and after check-in. "

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant were ok...there are walkable options but hotel is limited to coffee, cereal, fruits and yogurts."

"The staff were always attentive and friendly. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy at all times without incident. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I plan to stay again if I go back to NYC! "
