「For being close to Bourbon Street, the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, valet parking price is fair and I had no worries about my vehicle. The bed and pillows were comfortable, I wish they had a mini fridge but overall the stay was perfect.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「Great property great food but laundry room you need to watch your belongings and there's no where to sit. People take clothes out to wash and or dry there's without paying or waiting, which is a bs thing to do!!」

「Stayed here prior to Labor Day. I enjoyed walking about, sight-seeing, and dining out. The room had a separate living area complete with a turntable and records. There was a little bar complete with microwave and mini-fridge. Also a bar sink that came in handy. The bedroom was so quiet at night. There wasn't a view but the quiet was so nice and the bed so comfy. The front desk was so helpful.I would stay here again.」
