「Dirty rooms had to change rooms. Pull out bed had a thin piece of foam instead of a mattress with finger nails and dirty sheets left on it. Curtains supposed to be white were brown in some spots. Towels and washcloths were mixed matched and stained. Had to change them a few times. It was 95 humid degrees wanted to get in the pool it was cloudy looking. Staff showed little interest to hear complaints. Never would ever go back to that Hilton again. Clearly it’s not run by corporate but must be...

「The staff was very friendly. The Valets were very fast and helpful. The location was perfect for me to be able to walk to every event I went to.

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「My room was very old and outdated. The furniture and walls were all scratched up. The sheets weren't clean, which I didn't see until afterwards because I didn't sleep on that side. There was a loud noise that sounded like a truck coming through the walls repeatedly throughout the night. It most likely was a plumbing issue. The hotel needs a renovation ASAP.」
