"Check in was nice and smooth! The guy that helped us was very nice and friendly. The room itself was okay. The floors were dirty and we found hair all over the shower wall. Lots of places to eat and fuel up around the area"

"Really nice space, super amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that took a star away was that you could hear every single movement from the room above us. SO loudly that it woke me up out of sleep. It was bizarre and borderline nerve wracking. I woke up feeling like the ceiling was about to cave it. Needless to say, it did not. (yay? lol) But that was the only uncomfortable thing for me. Otherwise great price for a nice and clean space"

"The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless."

"The hotel is ok, the staff is excellent. I don’t like the shutter service, because some time is not available. There are security problems in the surrounding area. I will still return because the place is good. I hope they can fix the shutter service because it is useful for the professionals who are here for a few days."
