“This is a beautiful modern hotel that is very centrally located. It is an easy 10 minute walk to San Marco square, and there are lots of great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. “You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally steps away from San Marco square. My only problem was to find the place, there is no "hotel" sign, the sign actually says "312 Exclusive rooms" and is not on the square, but on a little side street. There is no lobby per se and you have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. Afterwards, your room card also lets you in the front door. I personally loved the quietness and privacy of the place. “最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。”
