"The staff was very rude and even had an instance where staff would brush you off and never help you. Asked for multiple entrees and repeatedly got told no. I paid for all inclusive and this was definitely not it. They did not care about your stay or helping you at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone in the DR. Heard multiple other travelers say their resort was amazing and the staff was wonderful. This was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. Would not stay here again."

"Everything about this resort was top notch. The premier package was such a great deal- the food, drinks, activities, and space was all worth it. We had friends over on the palace side (for families) and it was also amazing to have access to the amenities there. You never have to leave the resort unless you want to do an excursion, but they’ll pick you up in the lobby!!! Can’t say enough good things about this trip. And for sure get a shuttle/ride from the airport to resort and back and give yourself at least 3 hours!"

"We stayed at this resort in early June and had a mixed experience. The biggest positives were the staff and atmosphere. Every employee we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. Although there was sometimes a language barrier, their hospitality made a strong impression. The property itself is showing its age. Many areas felt outdated, and several fixtures appeared to need maintenance. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited, this one felt more worn. The food was decent but somewhat limited and repetitive. The staff’s excellent service helped make dining more enjoyable. One of our biggest disappointments was the lack of activities and amenities in operation. We were told it was the “off season,” but several features, including the beach bar and larger buffet area, were not being used. For an early June visit, this was surprising. On the positive side, the resort never felt crowded. The quiet atmosphere, easy access to amenities, and extra space made for a relaxing stay. If you want a lively resort with lots of entertainment, this may not be the best choice. However, those seeking a peaceful getaway may still enjoy it. Overall, the staff were the highlight of our stay, but the resort would benefit from updates, better maintenance, more dining variety, and fuller use of its facilities."

"I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice."
