“We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there……

“Good point: 1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge 2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors. Bad points: 1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner. 2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4……

“Nice location for people attending conference in excel. Near metro. Facilities are new. Comfortable room. Excellent dock view with sunrise. See-through glass door for shower. Beware if you invite your friends to come. Just beware for headshot as there’s a tv at the back of sofa, and lamp not high above sofa Just a pity that there’s a dead insect in floor, and a used toothpaste in bathroom sink. Maybe the pattern looks alike.”
