“My wife and I spent two wonderful months at the Hibiscus House in the Spring of 2024. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that this is a special place. So special, in fact, that within a week we had already booked it for another two months the following year. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing, immaculately clean and well stocked for all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, the afternoon sun on the patio was just right, the screened-in lanai was our daily hang-out spot,……

“We were on a 2 week vacation to relax and rest. Our stay at Octopus Gardens did not disappoint!! Location was minutes from downtown, beaches and shopping!!! Easy drive from airport. The pool and hot tub were a treat if wanted to lounge around, grill and enjoy adult beverages. House was clean and provided all the comforts of being in your own home. Would give this property a 10 if we could!!! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and checked in on us to assure all was going well. Highly……

We had a great time on the island enjoying the sunrise on the back dock on the property, visiting the 4 beaches on the island which were lovely. “It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. “Stayed at Sunset Cottage and I’ve gotta say, it certainly has the wow factor. The hosts were excellent communicators and nothing was too much trouble if we had a question. The property itself is accurately described and true to the pictures. The decor is fabulous and has a real beach vibe. “My best friend and I were so lucky to find Jason's place when looking for a place to stay while checking off a bucket list item of Spring Training with the Braves in North Port. Our accomodations exceeded our expectations and those of the pictures shared by the VRBO owner. The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed. You could watch the sun rise on Lemon Bay and it set on the Gulf. We were only 8 miles from North Port, home of the Cool Today Park, the Braves' Spring Training……

“Luke’s home is even more spectacular than the pictures show. The sunset view from the lanai or dock area down the canal is wonderful.The home and grounds are very well kept up and clean. The 2 kayaks provided are a great bonus since they are pricey to rent. Luke always answered any questions we had immediately.Be sure to also take a short walk to the Sands Park! We already booked the home for our vacation again next year.”

“We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!”
