「The hotel manager and bell boy are very nice and courtesy. I made something wrong for my room but they assist me and solved all the problem quickly. Highly recommended to other. The place is so convenient next to Harrods and next to the tube station. Nice hotel ! We will definitely come back next time」

「1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。
2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓：
极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。
而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。
3、行～～优越的地理位置：
出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。
安全：就在使馆云集的区域。

「I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful.

「The apartment was clean, comfortable and air conditioned, and the hosts were very accommodating. The advertisement did not mention basement unit and the size was smaller than pictured. But we were comfortable. Nice filtered water system, coffee maker and washing machine. The hosts were very solicitous which we very much appreciated. The prior occupants took the host hair dryer. We bought one and the host immediately reimbursed us. We would definitely stay again. 」
