I would definitely stay here again. The little kitchenette and the Sainsburys just steps away made all the difference in our vacation. Sometimes after a day of walking, we just got a ready meal at Waitrose or Sainsburys and ate in the room and watched TV. I loved it!The room was basic, but just perfect for the price. The area is top-notch too. So many nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Kings Road is a 5-minute walk. Perfect location!

Very safe & nice area to be in! The photos make the place look a lot nicer than it actually is, we had some problems with our shower and things were more outdated than expected. But overall would stay again! Perfect location and nice people!

Poor service reception said they don’t provide towels before 7 days . Only one lift works for almost $700 rooms size of lift hardly for 4 people without luggage. I don’t see anybody happy there .

The positive is the location, as it is near an underground station, buses and convenience stores. However, construction is going on in a building nearby. I was given a room directly facing this construction and was unable to rest past 7am. Also, some areas inside the hotel are currently undergoing remodeling. The room given to me was very, very far from stairs, elevators or any escape routes. More attention to details is needed in the refurbishment of these rooms. I was traveling alone and my room was so far removed that I felt really unsafe at times.

We liked that we could eat in or out. Unfortunately the room we had was only single glazed and over the road from our room was a Sainsburys local that had late night deliveries.
