Great property, but room was on the smaller side, having two suit cases it made it difficult. The bathrooms being slightly see-through wasn’t ideal

The best experience! So convenient to everything. Views of the Tower of London were spectacular. The staff went above and beyond. Athena, Ariana and Abdul were the best!!!! I look forward to staying here when we are back.

The hotel lacks a fulltime dining restaurant. There is very limited food items such as inly sandwiches during afternoon and evening hours. At least add some pre-made salad options.

Excellent and attentive staff. Convenient location as It's right outside of the metro station. The hotel start showing signs of age. Because of it's white design, it's easy to notice stain and marks here and there. I couldn't tell it's those were non-removable stain or housekeeper forget to wipe them off. However, it's still a very clean hotel.

Hotel espectacular, la unica observación es que la habitación es muy pequeña, viaje solo no me imagino que hubiera pasado si iba con mi novia seguramente no caberiamos con sus cosas y las mías, a pesar de aquello considero que el hotel vale lo que cuesta, habitaciones modernas, tiene un rooftop increíble con buena vista, un bar en el lobby con muy buena atención y que atrae mucho, muy accesible para el transporte público.
