Menomonee Falls Hotel with Pool

"Came into town for State tournament with teenagers. They loved the common area to hang out in. Lovely hotel nice breakfast also. "

"It was a nice stay. The heater in room had some damage to it but it was ok. I updated staff they offered to move to another room but decline a few days later it fell off. I updated staff and ver quickly maintenance fix it. Very fast service thank you"

"I just stayed at the Ambassador Chicago the weekend before, so I went in expecting the same 4 star amenities/level of care. The employee behind the desk at check in was lovely. We went up to our room, which was very large, but not modern like the Chicago version. That night we walked home from our concert (1.6 miles from the stadium) and I was thirsty. There were not any restaurants or stores within walking distance open near the hotel at that time except for Taco Bell. We decided to go to the hotel bar. We waited 10 min to be talked to by the bartender. He did not even look at me, just told me I’d have to wait. After a few minutes another employee came to assist us, and it was obvious he was suffering from the flu or another cold because he was coughing on everything. I actually asked him if he was feeling okay because he was visibly sick, and he admitted to being under the weather. We left the bar immediately, unserved and surprised at the lack of service. As we were walking out, we heard another group of people get up, unhappy with not being served. I woke up ready to do my regular workout at the gym. The one treadmill the gym offered was out of order and the one elliptical was filthy. I decided to run outside instead. The attendant behind the podium by the door was very kind and told me the best path to go on. I came back and got coffees from the cafe (again, a lovely employee experience). Overall, our experience was okay, but not a 4 star hotel experience. "
