“Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. ”

“i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all”
