「My Review of Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Overall, my experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was mixed. The resort has a beautiful pool and beach, but the customer service was inconsistent. The lady working by the pool was absolutely wonderful and provided very good service. The guys at the main bar were also the best — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the beach bar was disappointing. The guys barely acknowledged guests and often made you feel like you...

「Everything was perfect, We were a group of 14 and we all loved this place. The Cenote was beautiful, I’ll repeat it in 2027.」
