I like most the clealiness of the property and availability of the staff. While for the location just 10 min walk to Shimbashi commercial area. Also accessible to two line stations (Onarimon and Asakusa) that within 7 to 10 min walk.

Located right in between 3 different metrostations, so you always have to walk for 10 min. The hotel breakfast is only different kinds of bread and pastries of a low quality. Very good options for drinks and coffee. Comfortable beds and very clean and nice bathrooms. Helpful employees!

Very good location with access to 3 subway stations .The staff is very polite and friendly. Private wi-fi in the room. The room and the hotel is clean , towels are changed daily. Recommend.

Lovely service at the front counter. We knew the rooms would be small but good value for money. They free drinks is useful and the lobby is like a cafe but the rooms were a little small and the location from the Shimbashi station a little further than we thought.

A 10 or so minute walk from two stations with plenty of food and convenient stores along the way. A typical business hotel with accommodating staff and lobby with lots of drink options for coffee, juices, and even beef broth and corn soup all for free along with breakfast upon request which includes 3 bakery items.

Standard room is very snug for two, very little space for luggage but a good enough base if you're spending most of your time exploring. The breakfast and drinks included are good. The local area can get very busy expecially on weekday evenings but, there's a brillant assortment of bars and restaurants. I wouldn't say it's the best location for families. It's really well connected transport wise with a good amount of attractions within walking distance.

It's on a small street in a very quiet neighborhood but feels safe to walk around. Shimbashi station is about 13 minutes away on foot and there are lots of restaurants near the train station. The hotel room is very small and difficult to find. Google seems to lead to the address to the next street instead so just look around if you can't see it. Even the taxi driver took us to the wrong street so beware.

I’m truly grateful to the staff of this hotel. Our bags were delayed from our flight and we were left without many of our necessities and the staff made sure we had toiletries, pyjamas, and power converters for our phone chargers. They truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful to the team at the Hotel Wing. The room itself was practical, clean and gave you everything you need. By Tokyo standards the room is fine in size, but may be small for some travellers. Location wise, it was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood within roughly a 10 minute walk to two different train stations and about a 20 minute walk to either Tokyo Tower or the Ginza main precinct. I recommend this property for your stay. I’ll definitely stay again when I visit Japan in a year.

The size of the room is what you expect from the pictures and description. Double room is clean and tidy when I checked in. Minor detail is the bathroom faucet was loose during my stay. Aside from that, everything worked as intended. Hotel has a total of 9 floors and I was given the 7th floor. The location is close to a few convenience stores and in a decent, safe area. However. Depending on which train station you walk to, the walk could range from 7-10 minutes. The door to the lobby is locked at late night and can only be accessed with your room care for added security measures. It seems like a front receptionist staff is always available. The staff were very polite throughout my stay and helpful when I had questions or need help.
