Worst experience ever. -this place is trash
After 16 items broken in 2 weeks— I was to be there a month and checked out early. The company is still being non responsive. No hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush with my hand going into it, ant and spider infested and they handed me a can to do my own pest control. Cleaned the pool 2x and hand to enter thru the front door with this dirty equipment to clean the pool only— not the nasty ants/dirt around it … Took off the sheets and it appears we were sleeping on a pee stained mattress. Maintenance terrible, and 2 weeks later and I stillCan’t get an acceptable response except “I’mSorry you’re frustrate”. Then tried to tell me I didn’t return the key. I Then provided them the full video :time-stamp Of locking the door and replacing the key. The sheer lies and lack of responsiveness, insects, the uncleanliness, the now over 24 hours of full time emailing texting calling 4 times of maintenance arriving in the house and still not fixing the problems. Run far and run fast from this trash.
