"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"The staff are friendly and it is conveniently located. My room was clean however the overall decor is a little run down. The breakfast was ok not the best, but happy there was a restaurant."
"The perfect base for a short visit to Norwich. Lovely clean room, friendly owner, excellent breakfast, safe parking. Really couldn’t ask for more - thank you! "

"We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Maid’s Head Hotel. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and really comfortable. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious vegan options. It was such a treat to have so much choice. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time, and we can’t wait to go back!"
"The staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again."
"Great one night stay. Good location with parking,15 mins walk to centre but also on bus route with close by stops. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good lounge/ bar area. V good full breakfast. All staff v friendly and welcoming. Barry was particularly helpful in forwarding on some items we’d left in our room - at minimal cost. Certainly stay again."
