“Perfect for the purpose! Would stay here again. Great, simple two-bedroom spot with cold/efficient AC units in each bedroom with nice warm beds. This is in a great location if you’re like us where we like to catch the smaller towns in neat, slower areas (e.g., not a Miami) while being able to taste the surroundings within an hour or so’s drive to maximize the reach. We wanted to experience the Keys through US1, bar/restaurant hopping, & going on a fishing excursion at a marina nearby all while……

AT THAT TIME, the host informed me that we could not use his property! He instructed us to cancel and seek refund with VRBO on our own, which we did after returning home. Thankfully, VRBO support by phone was very helpful and we expect a full refund. Meanwhile, we had to find alternate accommodations on the day of our arrival. We understand……

“Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern,……

“So we had a trip booked 5/22/26-5/24/26 booked over a month in advance and the host canceled the second night with less than a weeks notice. It was poor communication and we had to find another accommodation because of this. The host canceled the reservation for their family to come stay. I found it very unprofessional to cancel the second night for a group of 7 people leaving us scrambling to find a new spot.”
