「Very close to the overground station, friendly staff and good breakfast」

「Really good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was upgraded at check in and it was lovely - very comfortable with a great shower. The hotel bar was really nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel, we will be using it again next time we go to a gig at Shepherds Bush Empire. 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
