“Over all our stay was Great. We drove in from Texas to visit Rhodes College had 2 night stay. Check in & check out went smooth. The room (215) was clean & comfortable. Thumbs up on the breakfast👍. I didn’t understand why the $7 for parking but after reading about the smashed windows & break ins at other hotels (mostly in the city & mid town areas) I appreciated it more. The parking app was very easy to use. We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool though the other guests seemed like they were……

“This is a very quaint and off the beaten path place to stay. It’s a bit older, but the sheets and bedding’s were very clean. The surrounding area is very spartan/rural, but extremely peaceful. Very easy access to petrol stations and it’s right off or onto the interstate. ”

“The only complaint I have Was the plug ins in the room were wore out and my phone charger wouldn’t stay in the wall. Definitely will stay there again ”

“The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”

“I almost did not stay due to a few of the reviews. There is one review that talks about the hallway smelling of piss. Well I got off the elevator on all floors and never had this issue. I have stayed on three floors in the last month and there was not an issue of bad odor. The lobby is clean and inviting. The main breakfast does not appear until 7:00 am but there are other options starting at 6:00 am. I have gotten a suite every visit. If traveling with kids or other family recommend these……
